As we say good bye to 2008, the Year of the Frog (named by Amphibian Ark), it is a fitting time to reflect on the health of our environment and on our successes over this past year at Earth Rangers. We chose the frog to be a part of the Earth Rangers logo because frogs represent nature's barometer for the state for the environment. If frog populations are healthy, chances are the ecological processes supporting them are also in good shape.

Earth Rangers, a non-profit organization that empowers kids to improve the health of the planet, is launching its Animal Ambassador Trainer Experience in time for the gift-giving season.
