Fundraising Code of Ethics

 

In keeping with our mission, Earth Rangers will only accept donations from organizations that share its values and actively promote the well-being of children and the environment.

 

Supporters can expect:

• 100 per cent of all donations will go directly toward programming. No overhead or administrative costs are covered by donations
• Requests for privacy and confidentiality will be respected
• Mailing lists will not be sold, traded or shared
• Tax receipts will be issued within one week of receipt of the donation
• All use of supporters name, logo or trademark will be approved in advance
• Donations will never be used for anything but their intended purpose
• All online transactions will occur through a safe, private and secure system

Earth Rangers will be transparent in all communications. In doing so we will:

• Retain an open door policy and encourage suggestions and feedback concerning our operations
• Communicate any changes to the structure of the organization and its impact on a donation
• Make our financial statements available upon request
